  • Exchange rate (as of 1st January 2016) - 1 USD = 4.3 Ringgit.
  • *Participant with student status are required to submit a photocopy of their student ID on the registration day.
  • International delegates studying or lecturing in Malaysian universities may register under the "Malaysian" category. Please submit a photocopy of your student/staff ID at the time of registration.
  • The fee for delegates from ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Brunei and Singapore) is based on rates from the "Malaysian" category.
  • Each performer assisting the main presenter for his/her performance or workshop must pay the RM 100 registration fee which will include one goodies bag, one certificate of participation and 3 meals (2 teas and 1 lunch) a day per person.
  • The fees above do not include 6% Government GST.
